Job Description

The client success team works to deliver continuous client care as Softheon’s core external Project Management Operations team. Softheon is looking for a dependable and team-oriented associate to join the Client Success team in meeting Softheon’s mission of delivering its products to help millions access health insurance. This role will work closely with Clients, Product Managers and Operations. This position is ideal for candidates who are looking to, or already have been, exposed to project management and are seeking exposure to client relations in the Health Care/Software Industry.


Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
  • Manage Softheon project plans, client onboarding and other cyclical project engagements
  • Report any client-facing issues and deliverables to the Product Management and Operations teams, and track through to subsequent resolution
  • Generate and present data-based reports to clients
  • Facilitate between client and Softheon SMEs to log requirements for product updates or Enhancements
  • Facilitate meetings and generate deliverables for client-facing calls
  • Initiate client communications via email, phone, and client on-site meetings
  • Organize ad-hoc calls with client and Softheon SMEs as necessary
Required Qualifications:
  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree in a communications based or related areas with a 3.5 GPA or higher
  • Demonstrated success in a dynamic, fast paced, high pressure environment with multiple responsibilities
  • Demonstrated success in being a key player on a team
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint and OneNote
  • Extraordinary communication and leadership skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to exercise discretion and utilize independent judgement to best serve Softheon’s client base
  • Independently manage time and multiple tasks simultaneously with aplomb
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
