The Client Success Team serves as the “air traffic controllers” for many large scale healthcare payers and Exchanges. From managing day-to-day challenges and pain points to leading Executive Steering Committee meetings and managing the ever changing healthcare landscape, this is a truly dynamic position. This demanding role will require the ability to manage multiple competing priorities and interface with several different departments internally and externally. Softheon is looking for a dependable, tenacious, and team-oriented associate to join the Client Success Team in meeting Softheon’s mission of delivering its products to help millions access health insurance.

Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

  • Build and maintain existing client partnerships
  • Be the clients’ advocate. Hear their concerns and understand their importance – no matter how large or small.
  • Balance the priorities of multiple accounts, prioritizing the work of the Product Management team
  • Respond to all client concerns via e-mail, phone, text, or in-person as appropriate in a timely manner
  • Consistently communicate client status and top priority issues to internal and external stakeholders through reporting mechanisms
  • Facilitate meetings (virtual and in-person) and generate deliverables for client-facing calls
  • Manage ad-hoc and cyclical client project engagements
  • Generate, deliver, and verbally present data-based reports to clients
  • Present overall client health on a monthly basis in Executive Steering Committee meeting that includes raising strategic issues
  • Manage day-to-day “Task Tracker” to ensure client issues and enhancements are prioritized and delivered to the client on-time, every time
  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree in a communications based or related areas with a 3.5 GPA or higher
  • Demonstrated success in a dynamic, fast paced, high pressure environment with multiple responsibilities
  • Demonstrated success in being a key player on a team

Technical Skills/Tools:
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint and OneNote
  • Extraordinary communication and leadership skills

Soft Skills:
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to exercise discretion and utilize independent judgement to best serve Softheon’s client base
  • Independently manage time and multiple tasks simultaneously with aplomb
